Collaborative Ministry
For us, collaborative ministry is not optional because it emphasizes the power of a cooperative approach, a working with, rather than over, as the way in which this Center functions best. Collaboration is about shared responsibility, and a way that each person’s gift can complement each other. In developed relationships, the communion of love will underpin the respect in which each should hold the other in this center.
